   Usually sauteeing & seasoning some mushrooms with something like Mrs.
Dash will fill the bill.  The juice is the best part.  Of course, not
too good if you're trying to avoid yeasts & fungi.
   Plain meat just barely kissing the pan on both sides is exquisite (as
long as the fat is not rock hard).
   When's the next Paleo potluck in Dallas?
