The marvelously hot mustard in Chineses restuarants is just dry
powdered mustard - comes in a yellow can - mixed with water, wine or
beer to the consistance desired. Be very careful - it is hotter than
hell and can do "damage". It is also what is used in a mustard
plaster. Clears the sinuses in one fell swoop.
