Moira,

I have had stomach problems at times when I was being very careful and
eating very simply. I didn't understand what was happening until I joined
the celiac list. It is an issue of some discussion, however. There are
some people like us who claim to have this problem, but scientifically it
is supposed to be impossible for the gliadin proteins that cause the
trouble to make it into the meat without being broken down.

So, I guess the answer is a big maybe!

Take care,
John Pavao

Does anyone else notice the grain/gluten in the beef and other meats?
