Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone knows how to substitute amaranth and/or
buckwheat flours in gf recipies. I have a couple of supposedly gf
cookbooks with many recipies using these flours and I have read that they
are not recommended for celiacs. I am not taking any chances. Thanks. I
will summarize and post any replies. Happy New Year from central New York.
