Hello,

I would just like to let everyone know that I finally got my site updated
for the month. I have had lots of email, wondering what happened to me this
month. I got behind, because I finally had my colon sigmoscopy , and my
five year old was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue, and just been busy
researching products. I have lots of new things, including gluten free
alcohol, manufacturers listed on the internet, Product Alerts, and much
more. I am still updating the children's site and hope to be done my
Thursday. I want to thank everyone, who inquired, to make sure I was still
kicking. This is a wonderful group of people.

I am also finishing my summary on grass allergies and will post it to the
list ASAP
