Chris Silker's suggestion to have a celiac web site for travelers is an
interesting one.  We have a site and we're willing to do the work if the
interest exists.  What do you think?

If you like the idea, send me a private e-mail. Feel free to make
suggestions regarding the most useful kinds of information to have on the
site, but please don't send specifics yet (i.e. eat at this restaurant, stay
at this hotel, etc.) If we determine this is a good idea to pursue, we'll
solicit information then.
