Hello all,
Well the letter I wrote to 'Allure" regarding the Glutens for Punishment
article in February is  in the April issue (p 52) and, as expected, it's
edited to make me sound irate and a little out of control AND there"s a
"response" from the author, defending herself by saying that she was
addressing four issues related to wheat consumption, etc.etc. burt doesnt
address the flip attitude the article assumed. Oh well. Any publicity for
celiac is publicity, right? And they spelled my name right. judy in nyc
