     I never was a pancake lover pre-celiac days, but on occassion now do
enjoy them. My personal favorite is the Authentic Foods Pancake Mix with
bean flour, using maple sugar. I even enjoy snacking on them cold, out of
the refrigerator, with no syrup...okay, I'm strange!
