Following the recent post on the difficulty of getting Wendy's g-f list, I
called the Customer Relations office in Dublin, Ohio (614-764-3100) and spoke
to Tina.  She read off to me the following foods Wendy's claims to be
gluten-free:
        hamburger patty
        chili
        baked potato with cheese sauce and all toppings
        salad bar
        grilled chicken fillet without the bun
        frosty

The natural flavors and spices in the grilled chicken fillet are derived from
corn.  The grill is never used for bread or breaded products.  She said that
they do NOT guarantee their french fries to be g-f as sometimes they recycle
oil used for breaded products.  As for ketchup, different Wendy's have
different suppliers, but the supplier and manufacturer could be checked with
the individual store.  Ketchup is on their "not gluten free" list since they
can't make assurances about it.
