I'd like to invite the members of this list to come visit my new
domain/website at:

  http://www.nowheat.com

where I am starting an online database of foods that manufacturers
are willing to declare are gluten-free. What I have out there is a
very humble start, since I have not had a lot of time to devote to
writing to manufacturers, but I also invite everyone to help out by
sending me copies of letters they have from food manufacturers. You
can at least get an idea of what I'm aiming for by checking out
what's there now.

The website also contains a bulletin board for celiacs, and I will
soon add a chat function. These will be available 24-hours a day.
Here I also have my popular "visit other celiacs" list of websites
for other celiacs (send me yours!); I am going to add an ICQ list
of celiacs interested in chatting live with others via ICQ (send me
your ICQ number if you want to be on this list), and I am working
on a "primer" -- an introduction to the diet. I have pages on
online vendors, and more will be coming all the time. I also have a
page of my three most popular recipes there, as well as a list of
cooking resources, both on the Net and off.

I hope y'all will come visit me, and drop me a line with comments
and suggestions.
