Hi y'all,

        I answered someone's post about GF potato chips noting that I made my
own with a gadget whose name I had forgotten.  The device is the K-Tel Micro
Chip (I got mine at Tuesday Morning for $7).  It is a slicer (for potatoes)
and a circular holder for the sliced potatoes, that goes in the micro wave.  I
salt the sliced potatoes, nuke them for about 2 minutes and get guaranteed GF
chips with NO OIL.  I also cut corn tortillas into six wedges each, and this
gadget makes great tortilla chips, no gluten, no oil, no cleanup!
