I do not want to know if Ritz Crackers have gluten in them but does anyone
know of some way of getting that kind of flavor in homemade GF crackers?
I have tried various recipes for crackers and altho the cheese crackers taste
decent I really miss the Ritz or Town House Crackers.
If anyone tries to make crackers it is much easier to roll them out on a
cookie tray and the cut them to size before baking them rather then rolling
them out and transferring to a cookie sheet.
I use a soup can as a roller rather then my rolling pin.
I have used the recipes in Bette Hagmen's cook books.
