Dear List members;

     The Gluten-Free Pantry in Conn. is currently accepting your recipes
to produce a cookbook. I have no financial interest in this company; I am
just a satisfied customer. Following is information from Beth Hillson of
that company. Any questions should be directed to her.

>I'd be glad to have all the recipes people would like to send. The only
>stipulations would be that they must have their names, addresses, phone
>number and e-mail (if avail.). And people must understand that each recipe
>may not be acknowledged (depending on the response). The book would be sold
>and we'd make a large donation from the profits to one of the research
>efforts such as Dr. Fassano's epidemeology (sp?) study. We would divide it
>into sections and some of the recipes would involve our own mixes. Our
>initial project was to publish the results of both recipe contests. But I
>would hate to leave out delicious recipes and would certainly want to
>include a "from scratch" section or two.

>Recipes can be sent to us at P.O. Box 840, Glastonbury, CT 06033 with our
>heartfelt thanks in advance!
>Thanks for your help.
