I just want to summarize my previous post inquiring about the gf status of
bamboo shoots.

The two responses from members that I received saw no apparant reason
that bamboo shoots would contain gluten, although neither cited
any text that attested to this.

Stir fries are a favorite of mine and since I've been using bamboo
shoots since being diagnosed I'd hate to give them up!
