I wish I could get my son to eat jerky or pemmican, but he won't
touch either.  Anyway, about the ear wax, I would guess it to be
dairy-related.  Ear wax is actually a paste of mucus and trapped
dirt.  If it builds up it's because the mucus is building up, and
dairy products are known to cause that.
