Strictly speaking, Flax is not a grain.  Grains are from grasses, like
rice, wheat, barley, etc.  Flax is a tall woody plant with a blue flower.
Its fibers are used to make linen.  The seeds are highly nutritious.  I
don't see where flaxseed could be off the list.  After all, wouldn't
Paleobabe be grinding the seeds with her rocks?
