Regarding sea salt...We did find some unrefined Atlantic Sea Salt at
Whole Foods.  The name on the package is Lima, and it says it's a product
from France.  It is grayish and is rather damp and heavy - definitely not
free flowing as other refined sea salts.  We've had this bag for several
months (1kg), and it's only half empty.  We don't use much salt, but you
actually need very little of it in comparison to regular salt.
