This is a very good point. In my case my body has been so damaged by years
of gluten ingestion that I found I had to supplement even my very good and
nutritious diet with B vitamins in order to control the cheilosis,
neuropathy and other symptoms of gluten poisoning and malnutrition. That is
why I suggested a supplement, to help alleviate this obvious, specific and
physiologically detrimental deficiency as quickly as possible. I would agree
certainly that if you were raised from birth on a correct diet (especially
with celiac) that the supplements would not be necessary
