how can i tell? since i've been on neanderthin, i haven't really been
salting my food, i'm sort of used to the taste of just the meat.  and since
it is a diet of non-processed foods (ie-meat, nuts, fruit, salad), i don't
think i'm getting alot of sodium.
should i be salting the food? do you all?
