That's certainly true - I've heard the same about dairy cows.

You know if you think about it, dairy in adulthood isn't very "natural" -
no other species consumes dairy after adulthood. However, humans being
the way they are, if they are out in the wild and hungry enough and other
foods items were scarce, I'm sure they would think of a way to catch an
animal and milk it if they thought about it for a while. I mean, you'd go
around eating a lot of unusual things if you had to obtain all your food
yourself rather than buy it in a store. Or at least most of us would, I
think.
