I wanted to add that I guess there's always the possibility that he
maybe HASN'T thought about the issue of his rates being outrageously
high.

If that is the case, then I can only think that he must be very very
stupid, or just plain out of touch with life on THIS planet.

Ellie, I'm looking forward to being set straight by you, or anyone else,
if you think I'm way off base.

And I'd love to hear the man address these issues himself, actually, if
anyone knows him and would like to give him the chance to say something
if he has anything to say.
