YIKES!!! "Extremely chaotically summarized" is putting it mildly. If this
is an example of raw thought, I suggest a 100% cooked diet pronto. ;) Why
won't the authors sign their names anyway? Ah...nevermind. ;)

Seriously, like so many "far reaching hypotheses" it appears what we have
here is vocabulary salad which attempts to justify its intitial sentiment
by circular, spurious, and nearly idiotic leaps of logic and trampolining
(what word is beyond "leap"?) levels of abstraction. I would like to offer
my stab at "reworking it into comprehensible English":

Skip it.
