In the Bellevue part of the experiment, VS and his friend suffered
from high-protein toxicity until the usual Inuit 80% fat- 20% lean
sort of meat diet was introduced at his insistence. The meat was
cooked, and 'all parts' of the organism were NOT eaten.
Inuit historically preferred heart and chuck as muscle meats-- the
tenderloin and such were thrown to dogs. The meat was boiled. Fish
(for those who ate fish) were often aged till luminous. Liver was
avoided.
