hello,

i am interested in cooking up some bacon.
can someone tell me how hot and long i should
be cooking the bacon so it is safe to eat?
i want to make sure i kill of all the potentially
dangerous bacterias but i don't want to cook
it any longer than i have to.

also, any good bacon recipes?
