We all remember the ratios from high school, right. 4 for
protein and CHO, 9 for fat. But my guess is that even though fat has 9
calories per gram, we are eating a lot less calories per pound of food
because you can -really- cram in the sugar. Just replacing soda with
water has a great effect. It's amazing that I never considered this before.
