Dear Richard,

Thank you so much.

Would I take my antibiotics (Keflex) at the same time, or get completely off
of them? Or could I do both at the same time (goldenseal plus the Keflex)??

Thank you so much, I am so tired of antibiotics!!(but my arm is red,
swollen, painful,etc)
