        Hi everyone.

        I'm new to the list; another Canadian, by the way. I want to find
out all I can about this diet because my doctors have recommended it,
throught the book Enter the Zone, as a way to try to raise my energy
levels and restore my immune system. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome;
it's about 8 1/2 years now.

        Anyway, I just wanted to make a comment on the following:

        I had thought that this was a healthy snack too, until I read the
raisin package and was horrified to discover that raisins are mostly
carbohydrates. *sigh*
