ya know how in The Book, it says you will lose weight until you reach your
ideal body weight...has this actually happened to anyone on Neanderthin yet?
i have been following Neanderthin since May, and i've lost 27 pounds so far,
and i now weigh less than i did when i got married (which was 15 years and 2
big babies ago). i think i will look good at about 130, i'm at 133 now
(5'9" tall), but how will i stop losing weight? this seems like a sort of
stupid question. i'm already getting comments that i'm getting too thin,
and i can now see bones i haven't seen in years. what i want to know is:
does the weight stabilize itself? does it go up and down, or just stop?
thanks, JoAnn.

ps- also, this is weird too, since i have been on Neanderthin, i can't wear
a watch. oh, i can physically wear one, but they STOP RUNNING on me!
wind-up watches, LCD watches, battery ones -- i've about given up, i just
keep asking people for the time. am i the victim of some sort of altered
electromagnetic field or what? anyone else notice this?
