        That's OK. You can live quite well without the grains and dairy.

        Hint #1 anything you stay off of 6 weeks, may cease to be an allergen for
you.
        Hint #2 Rotate your meats, fruits and vegs. to keep the allergen level
low.  Keep 4 days between foods in the same groups, IE legumes.  Good news:
All fish and all birds are in different groups.
