I loose 3-5 pounds per week. Now that I'm under 300 lbs it's
about 3 a week with no caloric restriction. Weight Watchers would give me
about 1700 a day and I'd count my self lucky if I could loose 1/2 pound a
week. NeanderThin has gotten mixed results, but for me it's the easiest
method of weight loss I've ever enountered, allowing unlimited quantities
of food.
For actual wieght loss, cutting out dried fruits, juices and nuts
is reccomended. For a rapid weight loss, eating nothing but meat (with
some green, leafy vegitables as dessert) is a surefire way.

Well, I don't know how many calories I eat a day. NeanderThin
could go as high as 6500. The catch would be no or close to no
carbohydrates. I doubt I eat much more than 3000 myself, but the odds are
I eat more than 2500.
I believe the sample week given in NeanderThin was messured to
about 3000 calories a day. I eat slightly less then what's given in there
(I only drink juice in the morning, and I don't overload of fruit if I can
avoid it). But somedays I might eat twice that. One day last week
breakfast was about 16 oz. of sirloin. Lunch was over a pound of T-Bone
and four 1/4 pound hamburger patties. Dinner was a banana. (I couldn't
eat any more than that after such a heavy lunch).
NeanderThin really doesn't care about calories. If you're full,
stop. If you're hungry eat. One quote from NeanderThin that will give
you a clue is "if it feels like you are constantly eating, you are doing
it right." NeanderThin is definately a high-food diet.

Something like that. It's not so much that you need a 40/30/30
ratio or anything like that. What's more important is that you don't eat
alien proteins. A diet of mostly meat does the trick best.
