Dear Todd,

Just to be the devil's advocate:

I read somewhere that cholesterol measures are not really that meaningful,
that they were made up by the pharmaceutical companies to sell drugs. In
other words, "high" cholesterol is a bugaboo invented by the drug companies?
Could this be?
