Lunch today was:
1.12 punds T-Bone steak.
Four hamburger pattles.
2 fish pills (21 calories).
A handful of salad.
Two handfulls of watermelon.
one cup unfilered apple juice
Breakfast was:
@16 oz. sirloin
three strips uncured bacon
1 oz. pork rinds.
1 cup appricot necter.
one handful watermellon.
This is, of course, compressed for your conviencence. Execpt for the
wolfish eating of meat, I space out handfulls of food throughout the day
if possible.
For my birthday, I think I will present myself with $50 worth of
high-quality meat and see what I can do. My guess is that %20 would be an
easy meal, (maybe 2 pounds of porterhouse).
