        There are now laws saying you have to list ingredients.  Jay's
Pork Rinds lists only pork skins and salt.  Every other brand I've seen
has flour and/or MSG, including Jay's "Hot and Spicy" brand.  If you want
to search the World Wide Web (maybe <http://www.jays.com> is a real URL)
I'm sure you could ask.
