Hi Bronwyn, welcome
Where in Aus? It varies a lot and especially away from the big cities.
Most larger supermarkets in Melbourne carry about 10 brands of soy milk,
oat milk Rice Dream, and some almond milk, a couple of soy yogurts in a few
flavours and awful soy cheeses. Maybe 1 in 5 cafes will offer soy milk
smoothies and coffees. Tofu icecream is available but I havent seen
tofutti. Nondairy breads are very common too. Specialist stores will carry
a large range including US nondairy cookies etc but at pretty exhorbitant
prices.
Hope this helps
