I received the plan from Lynda and I've stored it in the archives. It can
be retrieved two ways: (1) I listed it on the list's web page:

  http://www.panix.com/~nomilk/list.html

(2) You can send in the command GET NO-MILK EMERPLAN to
[log in to unmask], which is not the address you send messages
to the list.
