Hi Kathy!
You can cook a big steak/chop/roast/etc. dinner, then bring some cold to
work. In a small insulated lunch thingy with some blue ice it keeps
fine.
Also, tuna cans or salmon cans along with separate mayo (the kind in
those little squeeze portions you get at the fast food restaurants...it
does use soybean oil but this is fairly paleo)
