Hi Guys:
   I just read an article in the Washington Times and thought you might
find something interesting.  "Recently, Kelly Brownell, director of the
Yale Center for Eating and Weight Disorders, proposed taxing fatty foods
to discourage their consumption.  Incredibly, this idea was touted by
U.S.News & World Report as one of its 16 "smart ideas to fix the
world".  Somebody has _way_ too much time on their hands.  Black market
suet on the horizon? Fat stamps?
