Mary,
You are a pioneer in the treatment of autism through a paleodiet.
Although researchers like Loren Cordain and others are seeking definitive
answers, you are where the real story is taking place.  These problems
only become easier with time.  After 14 years, I hardly think about what
I eat, it's second nature to me.  Through trial and error I know what I
can eat and what I should avoid.  I don't consider my diet bland and
enjoy what I eat.
