Koftas (my spelling may be off here, it may be kifta or some other variant!)
are liitle indian meatball type snacks. I have a couple of great recipes for
them, they are basically meat processed up with spices, onions, ginger,
garlic etc, made into little balls then fried in a little oil. They make a
delicious paleo appetizer, especially when dipped in paleo picante sauce. My
favorite ones are made with chicken breast. I will post the recipe tomorrow!
