Don:

My food processor is invaluable. It makes reasonable flour from toasted
hazlenuts, is great for grinding together ingredients to make koftas,
grinding up cooked veg to thicken soups, processing basil oil and pine
nuts for pesto, making mole sauces for mexican food and shredding grating
and chopping all kinds of fruit and veg!
