That's right. The fact that the earliest humans consumed marrow and scavenged
meat shows that we are well adapted to meat consumption. But there is
considerable differences between Australopithecines' and Homo Sapiens Sapiens'
nutrition. Since we are no more Australopithecines, it seems more appropriate to
eat in the same way as HSS, i.e. the way we have evolved to.

It seems that Paleo HSS prefered the fattiest parts in the animals, including
marrow.
