    55 pounds in two months?  Wow.  My gym weight is down to 262&1/4, my
work weight is 275.  (Work weight includes a badge, scanner wand, radio and
winter coat).
    Personally, I perfer a strong transition, but it takes a little while to
get used to the taste of meat alone and undercooked at that.
    If you're interested in adding exercize to your diet, send a message to
[log in to unmask] with the message "subscribe evolutionary-fitness" in
the body of the message.
    It looks perfectly harmless now, but you will want to phase out dextrose
and other meat-sweateners, as well as MSG, asap.  Give up "lunch meat" and
focus on meat meat, your muscles will thank you for it.
