    What we have here is a failure to metabolate (or something like that).
As time goes on your stomach will produce insane amounts of HCL and
fat-burning enzyms to accomidate your diet.  Until then, meat is going to
confuse your stomach a bit.  Give it a month, you will see dramatic
improvements in the first few weeks.

    Part of the rapid weight loss is water/glycogen (sp?) that surrounds
muscle tissue.  You're becoming a bit dryer.  Fat will be effected, also.
You can offset weight loss if need be by eating fruit and drinking it's
juice.
