Kira (my hen Harris Hawk) finally finished her summer moult and the
weather here became cooler about a month ago, so we've been hunting
nearly every day. So far the count is 11 rabbits and 1 rat.

One of the benefits of hunting with a hawk is that you never have to
leave the city to do it. I hunt in vacant lots and a local University
campus, usually on the way to pick up my son from day care. Gray-Hawk
(my son) is now 2 1/2 and went hunting for the first time last Sunday.

Anyone visiting Dallas is invited to join me on a hawking adventure!
Call me toll-free at 1-800-577-3977 or 972-250-1519 to let me know you're
coming.
