        I'm following the advice of "detoxify your living environment" as
best I can considering I have little income to spend on cleaning supplies,
and that I am not required to spend any.  With the exception of an
antibacterial pre-brushing rinse, all my hygene products are "organic."
That includes lip balm made from bee's wax instead of patrolium.
