 I checked using NetScape version 4 on WIndows 95, and I was able to
navigate the links and pages without a mouse quite successfully. I don't
know about the screen reader software, as I have none. But from the
appearance of things, I wouldn't expect any screen reader software to have
a problem with it reading the links as I move among them using the tab key.
