I need help with something. I am looking for recipes which are grain
free (and soy free) which use either whole quinoa, quinoa flour, and
tapioca flour. If anyone out there can help me, I would greatly
appreciate it. I am going to do some experimenting in the kitchen. :)
I am also looking for a mail-order company which sells grain free breads
(i.e. I won't bake unless I have to). I have heard of breads made from
nut flours, bean flours, tapicoa flour, and quinoa flour. I was hoping
that a company might sell such a bread (without any grain, not even corn
or rice). (Ener-g Tapicoa bread has rice flour as the first
ingredient.) If you know of such products or companies, could you please
email me? Thanks.
