that deals with ingredients in food.  Great explanations of the kosher
laws, as well as product info.  He also has a web page on kosher stuff
in Great Britain, for those who are in that part of the world.  Below
are a couple of things to get you to his pages.  I haven't checked out
the Passover things, yet, but I look forward to doing so.  Will report
any great finds!
