Non "tote le mundo", per favor!  In le SUA, es altere statos que non usa 
lo:  Arizona, Hawaii, partes de Indiana, Puerto Rico, le Insulas Virgine
del Statos, e  Samoa American.  Generalmente, le paises equatorial non
cambia le tempore.  Io cercava lista de paises ubi on non usa "le tempore
conservante le lumine del die" (hora de estate) ma io non trovava tal
lista.  Pote alicuno adjuta?
