Whether we're talking about NAFTA, Fast Track's effect on NAFTA expansions,
etc, the issue still remains: evidence of the assertion is needed. If a
fabricated distraction from Fast Track is the proposed theory, a keen eye
will have to be directed at the media in the forthcoming days. One would
predict (according the Fast Track theory) the the Iraq hype will re-intensify
(as is has somwhat died down) as Friday nears. Also must be noted, is the
downplay that the Fast Track voting and descision should recieve.
